Not every need fits into a website. When yours looks more like a tool than a shopfront, it has to be designed as software — and that is a different craft from assembling pages.

SaaS platforms

An application reached from a browser, with customer accounts, subscriptions and a dashboard. It is the most demanding build on this page, and the most requested: access control, recurring billing, each client's data walled off from the others, a history you can go back through.

We start with a deliberately small first version, put into service early and put in front of real users. A product designed in full before anyone uses it is always wrong somewhere — and correcting it then costs ten times as much.

Android apps

For when the work happens out in the field: offline data entry, code scanning, time-stamped photographs, syncing when the signal comes back. In a valley where coverage cannot be taken for granted, working offline is not a nicety but a condition.

Internal tools and automation

Plenty of businesses run on a spreadsheet that has become unmanageable, or retype the same information by hand from one piece of software into another. These are the most profitable jobs of all: a week of development against several hours saved every week, indefinitely.

The code, the data and the logins are yours, and they are handed over. We document what we write so that another developer can pick it up without rewriting everything. That is a basic requirement for a tool your daily operations depend on.
